You, your home, your pets, the trees and so much more, are all made up of energy. Energy is everywhere and is connected to everything. Reiki dates back thousands of years and was studied and practiced in different cultures. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force. People around the world may know it by a different name – Ki, Chi or Prana.
We can see our physical body, but we also have an energetic body that surrounds us. Our energetic body is as unique as our physical body. When something affects our energetic body, it manifests itself in our physical body. By using reiki and the universal energy, Reiki healers are able to help remove emotional blockages, work with unbalanced chakras and send energy to any part of the physical or energetic body that requires healing.
Any form of energy healing is a very personal journey and each individual has a different healing experience. Varsha is an independent Usui Reiki Master and offers reiki via distance or in person.

Crystal Healing
Just like radio stations have their own frequency, we each as individuals have our own too, as well as crystals. Crystals have been used for generations in different ways – Egyptians adorned their pharaohs and queens with crystal jewellery and head dresses; many individuals visit priests and vedic astrologers who advise them on what gemstones will protect them or bring them luck based on the alignment in their stars.
Crystals are used on a vibrational level to help with healing of any imbalances within the body in a completely natural way. These precious stones are used as a tool to work with an individual on a mental, physical, emotional and energetic level.
Varsha specifically works with mental, emotional and energetic traumas, blockages and illnesses.
She is a certified crystal healer and offers crystal healing either in person, or via distance healing.

Varsha comes from a lineage of shamanic healers and has chosen to incorporate her Indian shamanic roots into her shamanic practices.
Shamanism is not a religion, but a spiritual practice. It is using ancient techniques and practices to heal inner wounds. It helps to create a bridge between our inner layers and helps to heal our relationship with others, the world, our childhood trauma, ancestral wounds and most importantly -The Self.
